Hi I'm Nate

I grew up in Utah. I am the youngest of ten siblings. I love the gospel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Utah my whole life, and I love it. I am the youngest of ten children in my family, and because of it, I love spending time with my family. I also love sports (I played soccer all growing up, but I love any sport), being with friends, and drawing too. I've done two semesters of college, but I am currently taking a break from schooling to serve an LDS mission in California. Pretty much I just love being happy and having fun!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings so much happiness in my life. It gives me hope for not only this life, but the life after. The world offers many other ways of being "happy," but it is usually temporary or not true happiness. That is why I absolutely love the LDS church and its teachings. It is the true source of lasting happiness and joy for this life and all eternity. Being a Mormon has also given me so much direction in life. Without it, I would be wasting my time away and be completely lost. Being a Mormon has given me a perspective on life that helps me push onward through hard times and helps me outline my goals for the rest of my life. I know that God lives and loves me and every one of his children. We really are his children, and we can come to know him. I know that God blesses me in countless ways, and I am so grateful for that. I also know that God is appreciative when we show our thanks for those blessings. I know the Book of Mormon is a true book, and it answers so many questions that I have in life. I know the Gospel of Christ is true, and I am grateful that Christ loved us so much that he gave up his life that we may repent, become pure, and return to God some day. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be an example in every way I can. Right now I am representing Christ as I serve my two year mission in California! Christ is the perfect example of kindness and love, and I try my best to be like him. I also serve in callings for the church and have helped out in Young Men group leadership and other callings. I try to do all that the Lord asks of me. I have been given much in life, and thus, much is required of me.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Missionaries will teach you about God, our Heavenly Father, and his plan that he has for each of us. They will also teach you about Christ and his role in our lives, and about his gospel that has been restored in these Latter Days. Missionaries will teach you about anything that you have questions about. They are meant to guide you on this spiritual journey. Show more Show less
