Hi I'm Simon

I'm a swedish/icelandic Mormon, on my way to serve a mission in Finland. I have a testimony that the church is true.

About Me

I'm a guy who is interested in music, litterature, movies, puzzles of every kind, biking, playing the piano, being in the outdoors, reading and writing, fencing, talking, laughing, being with friends and family... The list goes ever on. :) I grew up in the church as part of a small ward in the southern part of Sweden. I was raised to believe in the doctrines and eternal truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ, all the time strengthening my own testimony. It has reached the point where I feel like I do not need to rely on the testimonies of others, but can rely on the testimony that I have received.

Why I am a Mormon

I am in this church because I know for a fact that it is what's best for me. God has given me every sign that I need to know that. Also, the teachings make sense to me. From my perspective, Mormon life is recipe for a good life. If I follow the standards and commandments of my church I will never lose sight of what is important in life, but forever be reminded of what really is good for me -and what is not. I love all the good things in my life that have come through this church and I know that without it, my life would not be as good as it is. I am very grateful to God for having blessed me so.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to always be available for those who may need my help, giving them my time and energy when they need it. I also try my best to always see the positive side of everything and never the negative.
