Hi I'm Teph

I am from Philippines. I love to search information about my family and genealogy. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm a Computer Engineer. Like anyone else, I grew up in the church and am a graduate of Seminary and Institute Program. I love spending time doing Family History work... and I love to assist you if you wish to start yours. I am called to serve as full-time missionary at Philippines Davao Mission for 18months starting on June 21, 2013.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that we are here on earth with a purpose. I came to understand this purpose as I embraced the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. The knowledge I earned that I can be with my Father in heaven with my families after this life gives me hope that whatever trials I am going through right now, in the end it will be alright. I know that Jesus is the Christ and He is my Savior, Redeemer and my Lord. I am forever thankful of His atonement. I know that our Heavenly Father lives and He hears our heart-felt prayers. I know that Joseph Smith is a Prophet of God. Much great blessings have been restored through him. I know that we are guided by a living prophet in the name of President Thomas S. Monson. He receives direct instructions from our Heavenly Father necessary for our day. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only true church and Jesus Christ is the Head of this Church. Its gospel teachings are all essential for our salvation. The doctrines of the gospel changed my attitude and behavior. They give me the desire to be the best I can be and strive to be pleasing to my Father in Heaven at all times. I know all these things are true and I will forever hold on to these truths, I cannot deny them and will not deny them in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I started teaching in the Relief Society (women who are 18 years old and above) since I was 18. I love every teaching experience with these lovely sisters. I know that they are so precious to our Heavenly Father. I love to see them as they become wonderful and dearly mothers of the generations. Also, I serve with the Young Single Adults of the church. I am blessed to be a part of their preparations to find and marry in the temple to create families that would be together for time and eternity. And my favorite calling is for the Missionary and Family History work. This is where I exercise charity, love and service to all children of our Heavenly Father. I believe that we are important to our Heavenly Father and He loves us that is why I love to be a part of this work of salvation.
