Hi I'm Gabe

I live in Gallup, New Mexico, I teach piano, I'm into fitness, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an eighteen year old missionary in the California San Jose Mission waiting for my visa to Brazil. I try to smile and make people happy, but I'm still overcoming my shyness so it isn't always easy. Can't be shy on the mission though, need to preach the gospel!

Why I am a Mormon

I am part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I've found greater happiness in it. The lifestyle of a Mormon is that of service and constantly seeking to make others happy as well as our Heavenly Father. Thanks to the teachings of the gospel and my membership in the church, I can see people as my brothers and sisters. This has given me a greater love for them, something which I know I will lose if I ever leave the church.

How I live my faith

I attend my church regularly and go teaching with the missionaries when I can. I also home teach families in my ward that I've been assigned to. One of the families is very new to the church and the other I haven't been able to meet with, but we just need to keep trying. During church, I play hymns on the piano, I've taught lessons to the other youth, and I assist in setting up activities for the youth on Wednesdays. Being a member of the church, it's good to be friendly and warm to everyone. It's a lot easier said than done for me some of the time. Honestly, I think that following the teachings of this church has made my life
