Hi I'm Bekah

I am 19, from las vegas and am currently serving my mission in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I love life.

About Me

I am Bekah. I'm a spontaneous student/soon to be missionary. I love adventures and finding the joy in about any situation.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I feel peace and unexplainable joy when I do what is right. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and know that he atoned for all of my little flaws and mistakes. I am far from perfect, but through Him, I can constantly be uplifted and grow into who I ultimately achieve to become. I used to not believe that people could change although my thoughts are completely different as I've seen the Atonement/Gospel of Jesus Christ change my life, my families life and friends lives. The reality that I am a Child of God warms my heart. And guess what? YOU ARE TOO! You, reading these very words, are a Son or Daughter of a Heavenly Father and I know without a doubt, he loves you. I am a Mormon because it's simple truth.

How I live my faith

I love this faith. I've served in multiple different capacities from teaching young women ages 12-18 in a summer camp setting, planning young adult group activities up at my university and teaching a group of women during Sunday Schol. On my most recent service adventure, I had the opportunity to serve in Moore, Oklahoma with the "Mormons Helping Hands" group and helped donate over 50+ stuffed animals to children affected by the recent tornado damages. It was a life changing experience and well prepared me for my upcoming mission to the Guayaquil, Ecuador South mission.
