Hi I'm Tom Hester Jr.

I'm a Latter Day Saint

About Me

I enjoy helping people understand and learn new things. Be it Family History, Missionary Work, or even exercising. I like helping others. I enjoy the Martial Arts and have trained in Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, and wrestling. I am a former cage fighter and love to test my skills.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because the Lord revealed to me that this is the true church. The fruits of my conversion are in my daily life. As i have grown in the church so has my faith.

How I live my faith

I help others find employment. As a former Missionary for the church i loved to help people come to Christ. I loved explaining the issues that are difficult to understand. I enjoy truth and the fundamental principles the Lord has given us. I serve God in whatever aspect he asks for me.

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Tom Hester Jr.
Our Father in heaven wants all his children to return to him. Through the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ we know that all must be baptized to return to God. This must be by the the Authority of God given to man called the Priesthood. With the Priesthood restored to the earth we have the authority to seal on earth as in heaven. This means that as Baptisms are done for those who are dead using that authority, that they can return to live with our Father in Heaven. Show more Show less
