Hi I'm Simon

I have lived in England all my life. I am an accountant, a husband and a dad to two young boys. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

The most important things to me are my wife and my two young sons. We enjoy picnics, walks and going to the park. Growing up I was a keen runner and competed at county level at middle distance running and represented my university at national level. Although my days of completion are behind me now I still enjoy to run for pleasure and to keep in shape.

Why I am a Mormon

Most of all it is about my belief in Jesus Christ, and the great gift that he gave to all of us. Living the gospel of Jesus Christ and going to church brings me and my family so much happiness.

How I live my faith

My faith is key to the way I live my life. It motivates me to try to be a better person, it provides a compass when making the most important decisions and encourages me to think beyond myself and to reachout to others. I still have a long, long way to go, but I find great joy and peace in the journey I am taking. I love to participate in the activities of the church - these have included helping to organise projects to clean up community parks, teaching the youth, and planning the annual carol concerts. My friends outside the church are very important to me too, and they have been so respectful of my beliefs and help me to live them.
