Hi I'm Mary Averett

I grew up in Wyoming and Utah. I love to read and write, I'm an artist, I'm a horse trainer, I'm a missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

In my free time at home I'd like to draw, read, write, hike, and work with my beautiful miniature horses. I enjoy spending time with my family whenever I have the chance and love to be outdoors. I am currently serving as a missionary for the LDS church and absolutely love it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was very blessed to be born to two LDS parents and was therefore raised in the gospel. Through time I have developed my own testimony of this incredible gospel. I know that this is where the Lord wants me to be as this is his true church. I know the words of the Book of Mormon are true and that it is another testament of Jesus Christ. I am continually striving to grow in my testimony and I know that my Savior is helping me do so to which I am truly grateful.

How I live my faith

I try to do the basics (read my scriptures, pray, attend church and sacrament meetings). The things that we often refer to as "the basics" are usually the most Influential thing we can do in our day-to-day lives. They increase our faith and help us grow closer to our Heavenly Father and Savior. I also have the amazing opportunity of serving the Lord as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
