Hi I'm Amber

I'm from the USA. I hope to be able to teach anything to anyone someday. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the youngest of four children, all the others being brothers and somehow have survived up to this point. I love to read fantasy books and shoot guns. Currently I'm preparing to serve a mission (or will be on a mission or have served by the time you read this).

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon in a fairly Mormon community. That aside, I'm certain that if I didn't grow up in the faith I might have turned more of a blind eye towards it. In times when I have struggled and tried deviating a bit more away to "experience what was out there" I knew I was less happy. I could rationalize my lack of joy, but I felt more alone and distraught. As I've come back more wholeheartedly I find that I'm more at peace and that although not everything is always perfect the bumps in the road don't seem to be as large as they once were. I have found my solace.

How I live my faith

I admit, I'm not the biggest "go get'um" person when it comes to how I live my faith. I am one of those who will strive to do what I can but if possible I'd like to do it when no one is really looking or paying attention. At work and in other activities I try to teach gospel principles without people knowing that is what I'm teaching them. In time, as they learn these principles, they find that they do indeed work. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm trying to help them build their foundations for when they do decide to grow they have something already started to stand on.
