Hi I'm Chris Lunt

I grew up in northern Utah. I love being outdoors. I am a deep thinker. I am a Swimmer. I like american History. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My Name is Chris Lunt. I am from a small town in Utah called Farmington (Salt Lake City suburb). I have lived in Utah my whole life. I grew up a member of the Church and am active in the Church. I graduated from Viewmont High School in 2012. I also attended collage at Southern Utah University. I want to be a computer engineer when I grow up (if I ever do) and maybe even someday own my very own computer business. I love to Swim and be in water (lake, ocean, pool). I also love to camp and explore the earth and the beauty that God has created for us his precious children. I love to study and talk about politics because I have a deep respect for the founding of the United States of America and the principles for which our constitution is built upon. I hope to give back to my community someday by running for Governor of the State of Utah. I love to think and come up with crazy ideas and experiments/ projects. But most importantly I am a Son of a loving Heavenly Father and I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon. I am not a Mormon, because it is popular or I get paid, but rather simply because being a Mormon means that I live a consecrated life devoted to the Savior. I am a Mormon because here and only here will you find the Priesthood and the authority to act in Gods name. Also because of the values and morals that are taught in our religion, which are ever more need in an increasingly wicked world. Also because of living prophets we receive direct revelation and direction from the Lord for us as individuals, families, communities and Nations. I am a Mormon because I love the Savior Jesus Christ and want to fallow Him and that is best done in His church, or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Being a Mormon is not a religion, rather it is a simple way to live.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday by being an example of my Savior, Jesus Christ. My my actions, words, thoughts and deeds I show my devotion to God and His Son. I also show my faith by being a good citizen and helping my fellow man because of the pure love of Christ which is in me. By Attending church meeting and fulfilling church callings and assignments I am helping to build the kingdom of God on Earth. I am faithful to God and his Commandments and I help others on their faith back to our Heavenly Home.
