Hi I'm Danny Howard

I grew up in Idaho and in Utah. I love making people laugh and smile. I love my family and friends. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love biking and playing basketball. I am nineteen years old and am currently serving a mission in the Nevada Las Vegas West Mission until June 2015. I love being active. I am very easy to get along with. Anytime someone is holding a party or a fun event you would have probably seen me there. I am very friendly. I am the kind of guy that will do anything for his family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

One of the best parts of our religion is that we live our religion every day, not just on Sunday. Another great part is that we live to serve. (Mosiah 2:17) "When you serve your fellow man you serve God". We look for opportunities to help other people. Whether they are also Mormons or not. I have found that just being in this religion has made life so much more enjoyable. Being a Latter Day Saint brings joy to my soul. Our Heavenly Father wants to pour out blessings upon us. He can't do that if we don't meet him halfway though. The knowledge that it is as simple as saying a prayer is one of the greatest things that I know to be true. We are so welcoming and loving. I love it.

How I live my faith

I am currently showing my faith by serving a mission. An LDS mission is where someone spends 2 years (or 18 months if you are a sister) preaching the gospel at the location the lord has picked for you. For the next two years, 24/7 I will be living and breathing the gospel. I have said goodbye to my friends , family, (girls), and even swimming to help focus on my mission. I get to see miracles and amazing things happen around me all the time. My testimony has grown exponentially since I stepped onto the MTC's curb. I would highly recommend a mission for anyone who is considering it.
