Hi I'm Peter

I grew up in Valencia, CA loving life. I'm in aeronautical school becoming a pilot, work as a waiter, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I currently attend flight school, training to become a pilot and love to fly. When I'm not hitting the books, I'm hitting the trails running- just completed my first marathon. I love to bake and would join a dance party any night of the week. I'm currently attempting to learn the ukulele on my own and love to singing along with the radio. I have four brothers and eight nieces and nephews that mean the world to me. That being the case, I look forward to the day where I can have a family of my own where we can grow and love life together.

Why I am a Mormon

While making my way through high school, I came to a crossroads that helped me focus on what was really important. I was able to put a concerted and sincere effort into finding out from God what was true and how He would have me live my life. As I prayed, read the scriptures, and humbly sought for guidance from Him, I received a comforting and direct answer assuring me that the fulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ was restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith by our loving Heavenly Father and our Savior Jesus Christ. Since then, I have attempted to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and help others who are sincere in finding that same truth for themselves. Since I have tried to steer my life towards Christ, I have found great spiritual strength by reading the Bible, Book of Mormon, and teachings of God's appointed leaders on the earth today. I'm grateful for the blessing of true Apostles and a Prophet who guide Christ's Church under the direction of our Savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I currently help oversee a solid group of young single adult guys. I organize activities for us to bond and get to know each other, teach lessons on Sunday every now and again, and coordinate with others as to how we can best help others in need. I have been able to give several talks in Church and in other instances. I find great joy in preparing a talk that might help somebody who needs to hear a few comforting words or help answer a question that's been on their mind. Great experiences have come to me as I have been able to help teach people with our local missionaries about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Getting to know who they are and see them grow is such a great blessing in my life.
