Hi I'm Nate Stoneking

I grew up in California. I just finished my first year at BYU Provo. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I play soccer and volleyball. I also know how to play the piano and organ. I go to BYU Provo but I will be postponing my schooling and serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Lubbock Texas mission. I've also been an Eagle Scout since I was 13.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this church is true. I know that this church brings people true happiness, and I know this because I felt this happiness. I know that this church blesses lives, and brings families close together. I know Joseph Smith saw God and Jesus Christ, and I know he translated the Book of Mormon. I know that we have a prophet on the church today and his name is Thomas S. Monson. He leads our church today. I know Jesus Christ suffered for our sins in the Garden of Eden and died on the cross so that we can return to live with our father in heaven. I know these things because I have prayed and the Holy Ghost has manifested the truth of it to me. If I didn't know these things I wouldn't be spending two years of my life in a different part of the country, speaking a different language proclaiming this gospel.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving a mission in the Lubbock Texas Mission.
