Hi I'm Gregory Kent Olson

I'm from Fredericksburg Virginia, I love theater, I'm a return missionary from Uruguay. I'm a mormon

About Me

I grew up raised in theater. I worked as a performer in a local theater and went on to becoming a choreographer. I was this theater's youngest choreographer, and I worked as such from 16-18 years old. I also worked for many other companies as a choreographer including a christian youth theater, and dance studios. At 18 I decided to start a new chapter of my life and go on an LDS mission. I served in Uruguay for two years, and really fell in love with the people of Uruguay. I am now a student, and very excited to begin another chapter of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the mormon religion, however I wasn't always an active member. At 13 I stopped going to church for the lack of interest, and really found that there was something missing. From 13 to 16 I really grew up, and began to become a different person than I was when I was a kid. At sixteen I was invited to a LDS summer camp and I decided to go looking for answers. I went looking to see if this was what was missing out of my life. I remember the spirit I felt, and I knew that God was talking directly to me. Thanks to this I knew that this was what was missing.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my actions. I try to find simple ways to help others, and be a cheerful happy influence in people lives. As a teenager I would volunteer to help feed the homeless. As I got older I dedicated two years to serve a mission to help the needy people in Uruguay find the light of Christ in their lives. And now I go through life doing my best to be an example of Christ in all I do, and say.
