Hi I'm Nathan

I love to listen to and play music. I'm currently serving a mission in the California Anaheim mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the second youngest of seven kids. I just finished my first year of college, but I'm still not sure what I want to major in. I love music and started playing the violin when I was about five years old. I also like to mess around on the guitar, read, go hiking, and play video games.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church all of my life. My parents and older siblings have all been great examples to me. But I also have come to know of myself that this is God's true church on this earth. I have a testimony of the Book of Mormon. I know that Joseph Smith translated it by the power of God and that there is power in the book. I'm so grateful that I was born in to this church and I know that it blesses my life greatly.

How I live my faith

I've served in my ward in a few different leadership positions as a youth in some of our youth programs. I've also participated in hometeaching, where another ward member and I visit a few families once a month to help serve and uplift them.

Why do Mormons baptize their new members?

We believe that baptism by those who have the proper authority is an essential step in returning to live with our father in heaven. It's the way that we show our commitment and start to make covenants with God. Show more Show less
