Hi I'm Davis

I was the cross country captain and soccer captain at my high school, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Leeds, England mission. It is the best decision I have made so far in my life and is and will be one of the greatest experiences of my life. I went to college before my mission and I plan on going to college afterward as well. I played soccer and ran cross country in high school. I enjoy playing all sports, but especially soccer and basketball. I play the violin and the piano, enjoy drawing, and love every opportunity I get to learn and grow.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of this church because I know that the only way to be truly happy in this life is to live by the standards and follow the commandments that this church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, teaches. It seems that the overall goal in life for people is to find true happiness, and I know that this church can help people achieve that goal.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission in England and am living what this gospel teaches every second of every day to the best of my abilities. I attended a singles ward in college so everyone in my ward was single and in this case were all freshman at college. I was a Home Evening Director, which means that I would plan activities for a group of about twelve people to do once a week. It gave us a chance to interact, get to know each other a little better, form friendships, and share experiences. I am now going to serve a LDS mission and to try and bring people unto Christ and show them the happiness that they can obtain.
