Hi I'm Peter

I've lived in Utah my whole life. I love to ski and play baseball. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I have been called to serve in Ghana on my mission. I have my own yard care business. While working, I have come to love being outdoors, helping others and just having the time to think. I just learned this last winter how to do a backflip on skis, and while I luckily didn't break anything, two of my friends both broke their skis. I have loved playing baseball ever since a child. Last summer I was called as my Stake Trek Company Leader where I learned a great deal about life, the gospel and people. Arby's is my favorite fast food, ice cream is my favorite treat. I have realized my friends are my most important earthly support and my family and the Godhead my most important eternal support groups.

Why I am a Mormon

I live the standards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I covenant with God for two main reasons: because I know from my feelings that this is what God wants me to do and because doing so makes me truly happy. These past few months have been great testimony building times. I have had the opportunity to receive a mission call, prepare to enter the House of the Lord, the temple, and I have received the Melchizedek Priesthood. Throughout this time my heart has been so full of joy that my happiness is indescribable. As it says in the scriptures "all good things come from God" I testify that these sacred and momentous experiences I have had these past few months are truly from God because of the good feelings which I have had because of them. I love this Church and I know that my Redeemer lives and loves us all!

How I live my faith

Along with my Dad we visit the sweetest old lady, a wise husband and wife and a great elderly man. Spending the time talking with these people about the Gospel of Jesus Christ is a great learning experience for me and a great bonding time as well. In the community I try and do my part by going to neighborhood service projects. At these, the neighborhood grows stronger because we are all serving each other which is serving our God.
