Hi I'm David Hall

I'm from Kansas, USA. I love singing, dancing and I plan on being an Aeronautical Engineer. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am one of six boys, and the third of four Eagle Scouts. My dad is a family practice doctor and my mother stays at home and homeschools my brothers. I enjoy making and collecting medieval weapons and armor. I'm an athlete. I love Olympic Lifting, Tactical Athlete and Crossfit workouts and I sing and dance. I've been going to a local community college for the last two years studying vocal performance. I am currently on a mission for the church in the West Indies for the next two years.

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to be raised as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My parents were converted to the LDS faith before they met and have always been strong active members in our faith. I am greatful for the way I was raised and the example my parents set. I have gained my own testimony of our faith and the gospel: I know that God lives. I know he loves and cares about us. He sent his son Jesus Christ to suffer the Atonement and die on the cross and be Resurrected for us, so we might live again as well. Through the Atonement we can repent and become clean so we can return and enter God's presence and live with Him, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and our families for all eternity. I also know that because of Gods love for us Jesus Christ restored his gospel upon the earth through the prophet Joseph Smith. I know that Joseph Smith did in reality see our Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ, I know it and I cannot deny it. (Joseph Smith History 1:25) I know that Joseph Smith was the first prophet called by God in our day, I know that the priesthood and priesthood keys were restored to the earth to Joseph Smith. I know that Joseph Smith translated The Book of Mormon through the power of God. I have read it for myself and I have prayed to know that it is true, I know without a doubt in my mind that it contains the word of God. I also know that the Bible is the word of God as long as it is translated correctly, I love the New Testement and the teachings of Jesus Christ. I know that we have a prophet on the earth today even Thomas S. Monson. I know that my family can be together forever because of the blessings of the temple. I know that through Faith in Jesus Christ and his Atonement, Repentance, Baptism receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end, we can live with God again. I know these things with all my heart, might, mind and soul, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday, by being the best person I can be. I seek to always be an example of the believers in all I do. I love my religion, I love my family, I want to always be able to look back on my life and know that I gave my all to the Lord, that when he needed me I was ready, worthy and willing. I always want to live up to the name ive been given and the family I'm from, I will never disgrace my name. I seek to love everybody I come in contact with, like Christ did. When I die I want Jesus Christ to say to me, Welcome home, thou good and faithful servant.
