Hi I'm Paislee

I'm a psychology student. My hippie flag is flying high. I love this life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently going to college and studying psychology, hopefully one day I can do research! I love playing tennis, golfing, laughing, swimming, hiking, and, well, anything (but i didn't say I was good at any of it haha)! I'm a vegan girl, and I love food, I adore all animals (but owls do creep me out), and I'm trying to do my part for our earth. I have my own guilty pleasures, like listening to One Direction, I may or may not still watch Boy Meets World, and I may look at too many internet cat jokes. I am just an average girl who is truly blessed and trying to figure out this beautiful life.

Why I am a Mormon

I cannot describe how the church has influenced my life. I have lived both with and without it's guidance and values, and I can tell you that I will never live without the comfort, peace, and love of this Church again. I can whole-heartedly say that this Gospel is true. I feel it burning in my heart every day. I can testify to you that God is our eternal father who loves each of us individually, Jesus Christ is the son of God and died for the sins of the world, and has personally been my savior. I know that the LDS church is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and was restored through the prophet Joseph Smith, by direct revelation from God. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and contains the keys to happiness and peace. I also know that the church today is led by a prophet of God. This knowledge and testimony is why I live the lifestyle I do. It is why I am truly happy. It is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am currently preparing to serve a mission for the LDS church. I am truly grateful for this opportunity to serve my Heavenly Father and his children. Though I may feel inadequate every day, I know with the support of my Father in Heaven, my family, and my church, it is possible.
