Hi I'm Rebecca Malmrose

I'm from California. I love to feast. I go to Brigham Young University. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the oldest of the three best siblings in the world! I grew up in a very pleasant town called Pleasanton located in the bay area. I love sports and exercising and I sometimes find myself comical. But out of everything, the thing I love most is spending time with my family, including family dinners. oh and mexican food.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I choose to be. Yes, I've grown up Mormon, and for a while the reason I went to church and was Mormon was because my parents were. But like every teenager, there came a time when I needed to know for myself whether I was wasting my time at this "church." I had felt the Holy Ghost at various church events and I believed it was true, but I wanted to know. So, I for the first time in my life, I read the Book of Mormon by myself. After I finished the book on night, I knelt down on my knees and sincerely asked my Heavenly Father whether it was true. I was then overcome with a pverwhelming feeling deep from within. I started crying and felt a burning in my chest. I knew it was true. I don't claim to know everything about everything, but I do know this gospel is the one gospel that contains the whole truth, that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer, and that it's through him that we become what God wants us to become.

How I live my faith

I live by faith by WILLING following the commandments that Heavenly Father has given us even though it's super difficult sometimes. I am also serving an 18 month mission to Neuquen Argentina!! During this period of time I will be dedicating basically most of my time to the Lord by serving others and teaching and helping others learn about the gospel of Jesus Christ. yeeeeeaaaaaaahhhh. It's gonna be sweet. I also live by faith by attending all of my church services, praying daily, reading my scriptures daily, but most importantly by trusting that my Heavenly Father knows what's best for me.
