Hi I'm Raymond

I was born in England UK. I am a convert into the LDS church.

About Me

I enjoy living in the country side. Walking & swimming are two of my favourite, (English spelling), ways to exercise. My interests consist of: Reading, scripture study and most other LDS activities. I am blessed with an adult son from a previous marriage. My wife, whom passed through the veil last year (03.12.2012) was born into a Mormon family. Kimberly and I met via a single adults website and were married in the Portland LDS temple, California, USA. After Kimberly and I married we moved back to England, which is my country of birth. Kimberly served her mission in Japan and teaching me about the gospel was a great help to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I first became interested in the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints, at the age of 40 years, when two missionary Elders called at my home. At that moment in time, I was in a state of spiritual confusion. It was perfect timing, The lessons they taught were exactly what I needed to hear.

How I live my faith

As a ward missionary, I spend time visiting people with the full time missionaries. I strive to keep the word of wisdom, live up to gospel standards and to be temple worthy. Although there are many things I need to improve, each day I try my best. I am grateful for the gospel in my life and the way it is helping me to live a healthier and more righteous life. My aim is to live my life in a way that is pleasing to my Father in Heaven. I am truly blessed to have Jesus Christ as my Saviour (English spelling) and through his sacrifice and the plan of Salvation Jesus has provided me with a way of redemption .
