Hi I'm Mary

I grew up in Salt Lake City. I'm a nurse. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah. I enjoy the many outdoor things there are to do in Utah, like biking and hiking. My hobbies include playing the piano, reading, cooking, sewing, and photography. I also enjoy traveling both within and outside the U.S. I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have worked as a nurse for the last 3 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in an active LDS home and continue to live in one. Being a member of the church and participating in it is something I have always done. My testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ has grown little by little. I started out believing in the testimony of my parents and siblings. Over time my testimony has grown stronger. I feel my Savior's love. He knows me and He knows my heart. I have felt that witness.

How I live my faith

I have been an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all my life. Being a member of this church has provided many opportunities for service. Most recently I have served as the co-chair on a committee that helps teach and prepare ward members to enter the temple and make covenants with God there. I also have the opportunity serve as a full-time missionary for the next 18 months. As a missionary I will work everyday with a companion inviting others to come unto Christ.
