Hi I'm David Adams

I was born and raised in Utah. I love family, friends, and music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student that loves the rain. Whenever I see those first few droplets hit the ground, or the streams running down the window, it just makes me happy. I love being around my family, they make me feel happy and upbeat and are so much fun to be with. I love music. I play the oboe, piano, and listen to everything else. Whenever I'm stressed out or having a bad day, I like to sit down and just play something. I love the feeling music can bring into the world. I also love it when people smile, because it makes my day!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it feels like the right thing to do. I feel that this is where I am supposed to be in order to help me become the best person I can become by helping others to do so as well. I know that this gospel is true and it blesses anyone and everyone who follows it. And I know that God loves everyone, especially you.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by obeying the commandments given by the prophet and doing the duties given to me by my church leaders. Even if at sometimes it seems like a lot, it's worth it for the blessing received for doing them.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

David Adams
Missionaries proselyte because they care. It may seem confusing as to how a nineteen year old boy could care about complete strangers that often don't share some of his common views, but they do. They care because they know what their brothers and sisters (because we are all brothers and sisters) can become. They care because they give up two years of their life, they can't help but feel love for something they've sacrificed. They care because it is possible to love a complete stranger, so they do.
