Hi I'm Erin

I'm a yoga instructor. I work in a garden and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 31. I am an Art major and Sociology minor at a local college with just a few semesters left. I am interested in building my own home that will be completely self sustainable and off the grid, as well as growing my own organic, fresh food. Every living thing is to be respected, in my humble opinion.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church but stopped going when I was about 17 years old. I remained inactive for 12 years of my life. I know what it feels like to live without definite and defined purpose, to live in the dark. I became active again a little less than 2 years ago and I have such happiness. There is no turning back. I know this gospel is responsible for the light and joy that I experience and I will hold onto it forever. I receive such blessings in my life by living the gospel.

How I live my faith

I am 1st counselor in the Young Women's program in my ward as well as a visit teacher. I love doing service projects and I feel strongly that when you are in the service of your fellow man (or woman) you are in the service of your God. Since becoming active in church and attending every Sunday, I have seen such a light and many blessings in my life. I am happy. :) Light naturally chases away darkness and I pray that other people can find a spark of light to grasp onto as well.
