Hi I'm Megan Milne

I grew up in the state of Wyoming, U.S.A. I graduated as Salutatorian of my high school class. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love being out doors and being with my family. My family owns a beef cattle ranch and six horses, which I love riding in the mountains behind our house. I love playing sports and games with my family and friends. I am attending Utah State University, but am taking a small break to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Wellington, New Zealand. I am so excited to go and serve and bring the people of New Zealand the message of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is the only way to find true happiness and be with my family forever. I have prayed to know of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and I know it is true. I have felt the love and comfort of my Savior through the Holy Ghost during times of hardship. My Father in Heaven has always been here for me when I am having a hard time. I know that through prayer I can communicate with my Heavenly Father. I know that Christ lives and that this is His true church; it brings more happiness than anything else.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving those around me and helping them find happiness. I was a pianist in my ward, and I loved helping those around me feel the spirit through music. When others need help or could use a friend I always try to be one of the first ones there. I was a visiting teacher in my college ward; I enjoyed using this calling to get to know those around me. I try to be a good example in all that I do, so that those around me will notice and will desire to learn more about Christ.
