Hi I'm Michele

I live in the Raleigh, NC area with my husband. We have two sons and four daughters, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I teach gymnastics part time, enjoy sewing when I can find time and I love being a mother. It is amazing to me how fast the time has past and now they are starting to leave home. My oldest is serving a mission and I'm so proud of him and his decision to serve a mission. My second will be attending BYU, Idaho. I've been blessed with wonderful children who have brought so much joy to my life. I know families can be together forever.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a wonderful family where I was taught about my Heavenly Father and his love for me. I was taught to pray, and through difficult times in my life I've rely on prayer for guidance and help. I know that my prays are heard and answered. The answer is not always given to me when I want it or how I want it, but I've come to understand the Lords know me and what I need. He has guided and blessed my life in so many ways. I know we have a living prophet on the earth today, Thomas S. Monson, who receives revelation on the things we need to hear. Being a Mormon is being a disciple of Christ. I was taught by the example of my mother to love and serve those around me. I'm so thankful to be member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint it has brought peace, understanding and guidance to my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by prayer, service and sacrifice. I know we have a loving Heavenly Father who cares about us and wants to hear from us. I know he is there for me any time anywhere, all I have to do is pray. I love to serve and help others. I have served at church in may different ways, by teaching a class, leading the music or helping someone in need.
