Hi I'm Skyler Munson

I'm a student, I love socks, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am the oldest of three kids. I love my family. I was born and raised in Utah. I graduated from Pleasant Grove High School (Utah). I have THE greatest friends in the world. No matter what I am doing, I do what I can to make sure that I have fun while doing it. Music is great! My favourite band is Phantogram, look them up. I love to snowboard, longboard, play ping-pong, go to concerts, and most of all play football. I have a particularly unusual love for socks. I have collected socks for years. The majority of my collection are Stance Socks and they are the best of the best and my interest in them continues to grow! I am a very outgoing person. I love meeting new people and talking with them. I served as a missionary in the England London South Mission and I loved it. I'm studying at UVU and I married my wife, Stephanie, in June 2016.

Why I am a Mormon

Why wouldn't I be? It's fun to be a Mormon! It makes me happy, It helps me to be a better person, plus, I know this is the true church of Christ. It brings me happiness in not one or two, but all areas of my life. Knowing that God loves me unconditionally is something that makes me want to work hard to be my best for him. Knowing that he has a plan for all of his children that have been, and will be on this earth makes me want to spread this happiness with others. Everyone deserves to feel the same love and understanding that I feel from Jesus and our Heavenly Father. We all have the chance to live with him again, but while we are here on the earth he wants us to learn and to do our best. After all he has given me, that's the least that I can do.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to follow in the footsteps of Christ and by trying to be more like him every day. I believe that a good way to get this done is through happiness. I love being happy, there are very few times in my life when I am not happy. I try to spread that wherever I go. Everything I have to be thankful for is from Christ. He wants us to be happy. I am so excited to be able to share my happiness with the people of England. I live my faith by having open arms and an open heart to anyone seeking friendship and happiness. I always try to look at trials as opportunities to become stronger, to teach me, and to help me have a better understanding of this life. I take part in many service projects and in as many service activities as possible. True happiness comes from serving others.

Skyler Munson
Well, Christ and his apostles and disciples were not paid to travel, to teach, to preform miracles and to bless the lives of many. They served and taught out of love, and with the spirit of charity. Why do you have 12 Apostles? They were just meant to be around for the time of Jesus Christ, not to be replaced with new apostles.

Skyler Munson
Well if the Apostles were not to be replaced with new ones, then Matthias would have never been called to replace the spot of Judas. This shows that the structure of Christ's true church needs 12 apostles. That is the way He established it. Show more Show less
