Hi I'm Hannah Mary Morgan

I am serving a mission in México, I like photography and I´m a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of three sisters. My favorite thing to do in my spare time is to take pictures of my family, my friends and my animals. I love it when I can capture them in their happiest moments. I also enjoy anything music related. If you were to first meet me, you would know within the first few minutes that I love to sing no matter who I am with. When I return from my mission I plan to attend college and get a nursing degree. My favorite scripture is Mark 5:26 "Be not afraid, only believe"

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ my whole life. I was raised in a family that taught me to always follow in the foot steps of Christ. For many years, I relied on the testimony of my parents and church leaders. It wasn't until I faced trials in my life that I learned to gain a testimony of my own. My dad was diagnosed with a very severe cancer during my sophomore year of high school. It was hard for me to understand why he had to go through such a difficult physical challenge because he is the most Christ-like person I have ever met. I found myself slowly fading away from the church which in turn made me a negative and unhappy person. After a few months my grades were decreasing, my friends were starting to spend there time doing things that I didn't want to be apart of and ignoring me, and I constantly felt alone. I was getting tired of feeling this way. But it wasn't until one day that my dad, being the Christ-like person that he is, shared a scripture with me. The scripture said "Lift up your head and be of good cheer." During all of this time, I failed to recognize that even through all of his afflictions, my dad still held his head high and kept his faith in Christ. With this in mind, I started to think less about myself and I turned outward to anyone I came in contact with. Through this trial, I was able to rely on the Atonement of Jesus Christ to help me become happy again. I learned of Christ's personal love specifically for me. Prayer and scripture study became a daily habit and I noticed a huge difference in my attitude. Along with my faith increasing in Christ, my dad was began to be healthier. I know for a fact that because of the faith of my dad, my family, my dad was able to be cured of his cancer. It was in this trial that I gained an everlasting testimony of the gospel. I know that God is aware of each and everyone of our problems. If we will simply turn to Him, He will help us. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

I am currently called as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love being able to carry the name of Jesus Christ in my heart everyday. I have experienced many miracles with learning Spanish and about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It truly is a great calling to be able to share the love of Christ with everyone I come in contact with!
