Hi I'm Danielle

I'm a dancer. I'm a teacher. I was baptized at age 18. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the only Mormon in my family and I was baptized when I was 18 (2008). I have been a swing dancer, flag football player, cheerleader, a soccer player, a choir member, a daughter, a sister, a step-sister, and a grand-daughter. I love sports and learning. Dancing is my favorite hobby and has helped me better understand the power of faith in Christ as I've practiced and learned new technique.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because someone shared with me the great blessing it is to be part of the Lord's Church. I made the decision to be baptized and become a Mormon because I prayed to God and asked if I was following His true disciples. I'm a Mormon because I love God and His Son, Jesus Christ. I'm a Mormon because I know that this is Christ's church, restored on earth.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving and loving others. I share my beliefs with my family to help them understand what it means to me to be a Mormon, especially a child of God. I pray to God, my Heavenly Father, that I will have strength in the trials I have in my life. I go to the temple to worship God and thank Him for sending His Son to earth.

Why is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints called Mormons or Mormonism?

We are called Mormons because we study and believe in the Book of Mormon as scripture in addition to the Bible. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. As Mormons, we believe Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world. Show more Show less
