Hi I'm Kylee Hone

I love to take photographs and I love to laugh. And I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I attend college as a photography major. I fell in love with photography in high school when I was a part of the yearbook photo staff. I absolutely love weddings and someday hope to be a wedding planner/photographer. I love to travel and I want to see the world. Family means everything to me. I hope to someday have a family of my own and live in a cute little house with a gazebo and tree swing :)

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel. Heavenly Father loves me, leads me, and guides me. Jesus Christ is my older brother who loves me, comforts me, and made the greatest sacrifice of all just for me. My Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will never fail me. They wait for me to come unto them and when I do, they are so ready to bless me in every way possible. When I do what they ask of me, they bless me in ways I could never even imagine. I feel so much love and comfort in my life knowing this. I love my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ who is my greatest exemplar and my biggest advocate. I know that I can become a better person through Him and return to live with my Father in Heaven again someday in a state of eternal happiness together with my family. I know that we are meant to have joy in this life and for eternity. This gospel provides the peace and happiness that I seek for in this world. I love my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know that we have a true prophet on the earth who leads and guides us. When we trust in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, they will never let us down, or lead us astray. We can "with surety hope for a better world" (Ether 12:4). I know the Book of Mormon is truly another testament of Jesus Christ. Every story in the book testifies of Him and that He lives and loves us. I have a testimony that this is true.

How I live my faith

I attend my church meetings every Sunday. I am a part of a singles ward where I visit teach fellow sisters. I have previously been a primary teacher where I taught 10 year olds stories in the scriptures. I love children and I love the programs in the church such as primary and young womens. I also had the opportunity to serve in a Special Needs Mutual group where I was a "big sister" to a special needs girl. We would meet every week and do special activities with them. It was an amazing experience.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Kylee Hone
In family units we can learn together, grow together, and share a special kind of love. We can help each other progress here in this life and we can be a support to one another. We believe that families can be together forever and in this life time we can prepare for an eternity of happiness together. Without families we would be alone, and what a lonely world it would be. Families are central to the eternal plan of happiness. Show more Show less
