Hi I'm Sharon

I am a proud Scottish lass. I am a mum of 4. I AM A MORMON.

About Me

Born in Dundee, Scotland in 1965 I lived all over Scotland as a child and moved to England in 1978. I grew up in children's homes and with foster parents and would not change it for the world. I discovered the church in 1983 and was baptised on December 10th 1983 but became less active a few years later, during which time I had three children. I rejoined the church in 2009 and I felt I had never left. Recently my children's father passed away so now I am mom to his son as well, I live in a crazy household and love every minute of it. I enjoy my church callings and meeting many of my church friends. I love doing family history - it is a passion of mine!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I love the way you are made to feel like a true family, the missionaries are great, I have known several missionaries and they are all super. I feel that without the church I would once again be lost. I am greatful for the Atoment of Jesus Christ and I know that one day we will all be with Our Heavenly Father once more. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

How I live my faith

I attend church and do visiting teaching (my calling at the moment is visiting teahing co-ordinator). I enjoy persuading church members to feed the missionaries and have made it my mission to ensure both Elder Probst and Elder Sutcliffe eat more veg. I have traced my family back to 870 in Scotland (no not 1870) and I love helping others with their family history.
