Hi I'm Jaxon

I grew up the small town of Coalville, Utah. I'm getting ready to serve a mission in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 18 years old and just currently finished my first year of college at Utah State University. I am the youngest of 4 siblings and have 12 nieces and nephews. I love being with my family and I love doing anything out side. Whether that be playing sports, boating, going hunting with my family, or taking a four wheeler ride, there isn't many things better than being outdoors. My favorite sport is baseball and it's always been my dream to play in college and maybe professionally.

Why I am a Mormon

Many things have contributed to why I am a Mormon. I was blessed with 2 great parents as well as 4 older siblings that are all members of the gospel. They were great examples to me while growing up, but as I got older I realized that it was time for me to develop my own testimony. What many people don't know about me is that gaining my own testimony wasn't the easiest thing for me. You hear that some peoples testimony just comes natural. This was true for me to a certain point, but I found that it takes A LOT of work to gain your testimony, which is how it should be. There are things that I had to overcome and endure that were really a trying time for my testimony. There were times that I really wondered if living the gospel is really what I wanted to do, but as I continued to have faith in our Savior I realized that the happiness found in living the gospel can not be found anywhere else. The feelings you get from the Holy Ghost from making correct choices bares testimony to my spirit that this is the best thing I could be doing in my life. Our Heavenly Father loves everyone of us wants what is best for us. He is there to help us all throughout our entire lives and long as we invite him. This is my testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing all that I can to be the best I can. I always try to keep others and their needs in mind. I always try to remember how truly blessed I am and that someone out there has it a lot worse than I do. Doing this helps me to stay humble and remember to help others whenever I can.
