Hi I'm Kai Robbins

I've moved a lot in my life. I love music. I'm the youngest of three. I'm a missionary for Jesus Christ. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've moved around a lot. In the 19 years i've been alive i've lived in 8 different cities. i have an older brother and an older sister (brother being the oldest) and we've been mostly good together. My hobbies include swimming, playing cello and bass, electric, and acoustic guitar and singing. I also have been known to draw on occasion. I have recently been accepted into BYU Idaho but am deferring for missionary service. I have been called to serve in the Sao Paulo Interlagos Brazil mission for the next 18 months.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to continue to be a member of this church because I know what it feels like to go against it, and i also know what it feels like to follow it. and i like following it better. it brings the kind of joy that nothing else in this world can offer. this church has made it easier for me to make the harder decisions in life and given me the guidance that i need to fulfill my divine potential. I'm not just a member because i was born into a mormon family, I am a mormon because i know for myself that it will bring me back home to my Father in Heaven where i can live with my family for eternity.

How I live my faith

I have recently been called to teach children ages 4-5 in sunday school. I also assist in other activities geared towards the younger children such as singing songs and sharing with each other the things they learn about Jesus. I made the decision to devote the next 18 months of my life to teaching and serving God's children in Sao Paulo Brazil.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Kai Robbins
A testimony is the firm belief that you gain yourself through prayer and study that God lives, loves you, and sent his son to die and be resurrected for you. It is the feeling that you get deep inside when you know that something is true. It is strengthened each time you share it or add to it with new principals or further understanding of ones you may already have a testimony about. Show more Show less

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Kai Robbins
We spread the gospel throughout the world because we want all of God's children to come to the knowledge of Him and have the opportunity to feel His love in their Daily lives. With all the chaos that is going on in today's world, now more than ever the world needs a message of hope, peace, love, and direction. That is what we as LDS missionaries want to provide. We invite others to come to Christ. Show more Show less
