Hi I'm Elder Hatefi

I am super, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 19 year old young man. I never got out of my house much when I was little. I always preferred to stay inside and watch TV with my family or play a video game. Growing up I guess none of that really changed. I love my family more than life itself and without the friends that I have I really wouldn't be the man that I am today. I play games all day and I hangout with my family at night. I miss everybody back home a bunch, but there are people out here that need me. I am much too super to let anybody down!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I am not strong enough. I am a Mormon because I make mistakes. I am a Mormon because I know that God loves me and has provided a means for me to meet him again. I have lived my life before my mission in sin. I as an individual was scared of dying...day by day I became depressed and lonely. I had no goals, only a fear for the unknown. I decided that this is no way to live a life. I had relied on the testimonies of other people up until this point. I figured I would do what other people before me had done. I mustered up all the courage I had to read the Book of Mormon and pray about its truthfulness. I asked with real intent and a broken heart. I felt the spirit pierce my soul. The love that the savior has for me washed over me. I knew what I had to do. I am here today because of the atonement. I am here today because I want others to feel what I felt. I am alive because I have a loving heavenly father. I have a testimony of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, and I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I don't want you to just go off what I say. Do it for yourself, I know that if you do as Moroni instructs you'll get the same answer as me and everybody else with a testimony.

How I live my faith

I live my faith simply by doing it. Its an awful shame when you meet people that say they are religious and the next day you find them not trying there best to come closer to Christ or help those around them. I live my faith by trying my best, and when my best isn't good enough, my redeemer makes up the difference. Faith in the Jesus Christ, Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and Enduring to the End is the only way we can truly be happy in this life and actually live our faith. I demonstrate this faith by serving a mission. I want to bless the lives of all the people I come into contact with!!!
