Hi I'm Emma

My name is Emma. I am constantly trying, and learning. But most of all I choose to be happy.

About Me

After serving a full time mission in Moscow Russia I learned a lot more about what it means to be sincere in the way you live, love, and experience life. The gospel of Jesus Christ creates a beautiful path for us to be able to live, love and experience life to the fullest. I love my life and that's only possible because of my faith. I have had too many trials to ever be happy in the real world, but I am truly the happiest through my trials because of the gospel of Jesus Christ aka His plan for us to be happy.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is not just a thing I do, it is the way I live, what I live for, and doing my best to return to my Father in heaven by serving His children, is why I live. And why I am happy. I was born into a family of church members, and grew up in a happy home. People think that because you grow up in the church and gospel that you just automatically know its true. Well. If those people exist, I would like to meet them to see how they do it. Because growing up I had to figure out if what I was living for was true. Although it was never a great revelation or realization, through everyday experiences, I have come to love and know the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. Yes. It's true. i have been blessed to develop a strong testimony through trials, of the power that Jesus Christ has in my life. Despite some rough spots, three things that always remained constant in my life were: reading my scriptures everyday, going to church every Sunday, and praying. A lot. I am a Mormon because everything good in my life happened because I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

My faith is living, it's a breathing part of me. My faith in Jesus Christ is something I work to improve every day when I read the scriptures- especially the Book of Mormon. I pray daily and throughout the day, I go to weekly church. All of this makes all the difference in my faith.
