Hi I'm Emily

I'm a cosmetologist, a BYU student, a Crossfitter, a future London England missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member of the church my entire life. Before my senior year in high school I decided that I wanted to apply what the prophets teach about expanding your education and talents. This is why I attended cosmetology school my senior year while completing high school. Before I started college I was a certified cosmetologist, seminary graduate, and high school graduate. I know that I have been advised to gain an even higher education so I am now attending BYU Provo. I love anything and everything that deals with fitness and eating healthy. I love people who make me laugh and especially people who laugh with me! My family members are my best friends. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my anchor and I cannot wait to share it with others as a missionary in London England.

Why I am a Mormon

I live it, I feel it, I believe it, I continue to learn it, and I know it.

How I live my faith

I try my best to be a good example for others by not gossiping, dressing modestly, attending my church meetings, serving others, and refraining from swearing, alcohol, and drugs. The standards of the church do not restrain me, they enable me to reach my potential.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Friends come and go but we will be with our families for eternity. The church teaches that we will have the opportunity to live with them forever if we are faithful and endure to the end. Show more Show less
