Hi I'm Caden

I'm currently serving in the Utah Ogden Mission, I play trumpet, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am serving in the Utah Ogden Mission, I play the trumpet, I enjoy reading fantasy books, I love attending church and hanging out with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I know that Jesus Christ lives. I know that through His Atonement we can all live the best loves possible. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, and that it contains the fulness of the Gospel. I know that we have prophets on the Earth today, and that Joseph Smith was the instrument through which the Gospel was restored. I'm a Mormon because we can all change and become better through the Atonement.

How I live my faith

I love my faith by following Jesus Christ's example. He was the perfect teacher and, ultimately, our Savior. He loves each and everyone one of us, and I strive to do that everyday. By following His example, I can be the best person I can be while also helping others feel the blessings of the Gospel that I experience.

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

Gordon B. Hinckley, prior President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (1995-2008), said: “We are Christians in a very real sense and that is coming to be more and more widely recognized. Once upon a time people everywhere said we are not Christians. They have come to recognize that we are, and that we have a very vital and dynamic religion based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. We, of course, accept Jesus Christ as our Leader, our King, our Savior...the dominant figure in the history of the world, the only perfect Man who ever walked the earth, the living Son of the living God. He is our Savior and our Redeemer through whose atoning sacrifice has come the opportunity of eternal life. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints pray and worship in the name of Jesus Christ. He is the center of our faith and the head of our Church. The Book of Mormon is Another Testament of Jesus Christ and witnesses of His divinity, His life, and His Atonement.” Show more Show less
