Hi I'm Braxton Farmer

I have been able to grow up in a small town. In school I loved to play sports. I am a mormon.

About Me

I am the second oldest of eleven and I am the oldest boy. I have grown up in a small town where I was able to do pretty much anything in high school. These things ranged from sports like soccer, cross country, football, basketball, track, and swimming. I also participated in other actives like drama, debate, student leadership, yearbook, and service club. In my first year of college I loved to play sports with my friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a LDS family so I was living off of my parents testimony in a sense because I never really was converted till I went to college. While at college I gained a huge testimony that the church is true because I when I would not go to church I would find myself in situations that made it hard to live worthily. When I started to pray on why I was having a hard time keeping the commandment. After praying I was given the promise that if I would go to church life would be easier. Through this instance I gained the testimony of how the church is true and through it being true that you should keep the Sabbath day holy.

How I live my faith

While at college I was called to be a FHE (family home evening) coordinator. This calling consisted of me planning the activities for build K. The biggest thing that I have done while at college was I got a mission call to go and serve in New York New York South Mission Spanish speaking. I will go into the MTC on May 15 2013.
