Hi I'm Rachel Leishman

I'm a daughter. I'm a sister. I'm an aunt. And I'm a Mormon

About Me

I've been going to collage and BYU for two years. I am studying in the Business School in the Recreation Management program with an emphasis in Experience Management. I am learning how to help people have the best experience with a business.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I have received a witness that this is the true Church upon the earth today. I came to know this through prayer. Prayer is a means whereby we can communicate with our Father in Heaven. I asked Heavenly Father if this Church was true, and by the power of the Holy Ghost, he manifested the truth of it unto me. I know that anyone who prays with real intent, with a real desire to know, with faith that you will receive an answer, will have the truth made manifest unto you.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I get to go to, "The Land of Midgets, Toys, and Treats." I have been a Nursery Leader, taking care of, teaching, and playing with 18 month to 3 year old children. I have loved being with these wonderful children. They are the funniest people alive. I go to teach but come out being taught. The Lord loves His children. I have chosen to leave my schooling and my family and give my life over to the Lord to bring people to the truth. To bring them the knowledge of this Gospel. I have been called to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, assigned to labor in the Japan Kobe Mission.
