Hi I'm Cynthia Lea McRae

A year ago missionary's helped me find my way. Have the chance to do the same for some one else! I am a Mormon!

About Me

My road to getting baptized was a long and bumpy one. Thanks to many patient missionary's over a three year period and many lessons found myself a year ago entering the waters of baptism and being confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It has blessed my life in way that can only be understood through experiencing the blessings for yourself. Which is why the Lord has called me and many other worthy Men and Women to go on a mission and hopefully give someone else the chance to learn of these blessings.

Why I am a Mormon

Life here on this Earth is filled with so many wonders. The biggest wonder for me has always been, is this life it? On a Saturday evening rode past a church with the name, "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints." A thought popped into my head that I should give it ago the next day. From that next day on I knew where it was that I was going to find my answer. Many more questions raised when I started to met with the Missionary's. One that took me three years to answers was directed at me, "Will you comment to this date and be baptized?" I had gotten my answer that this life is not it, but was blind to the blessing of not having all answers to my seemingly endless questions that had raised. Not knowing it all gives us room to learn and grow from that knowledge. Our Father in Heaven provided us a way through Joesph Smith to receive all of our answers to our endless questions allowing for that growth. It took me three years to realize that, and got my answer by studying the Book of Mormon and then getting on my praying knees and asking if it was true. Not only have my questions been answered but my life has been blessed in a way that can only be understood by you having questions and searching out for the answers. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is striving to see everyone through Christ like eyes and always remembering no one is perfect. Ensuring that is possible by living a purposeful life filled with love, hard work and never letting my praying knees get lazy!
