Hi I'm Alicia

I grew up in Utah. I collect snow globes. I love traveling with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am half Japanese and have a love for traveling and learning about other countries. I'm a college student and love serving the community.

Why I am a Mormon

I've grown up learning about the gospel and really had to discover that it was true for myself once I started high school. I try to show what I believe in through my actions and invite my friends and siblings to attend the temple with me or to attend devotionals. As I've gone through out my life I've felt those feelings from the Holy Ghost that this church is the true church. This church has helped lead me and guide me through my life to help me make the best decisions for me and that my Father in Heaven would have me do. I really enjoy being able to share my testimony and my experiences of how I have come to know that the gospel is true through being a counselor at various church camps and sports camps.

How I live my faith

I love inviting my sisters and friends to come to the temple with me and to come to church activities. Not only does this strengthen my relationship with my Heavenly Father but it strengthens my friendships and relationships with my family. In just a couple of days I will be set apart as a full time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Through prayer and fasting I know that this is what I am supposed to be doing. I know that this call is divinely inspired as I am able to serve for 18 months where my family lives. I know that the most important choice in life is to accept and live the gospel. Doing so has brought me such happiness and comfort that I need to tell others about it.
