Hi I'm Nicholas

I was born in Nampa, ID on Christmas of 1993. I love sports. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I spent 14 years of my life growing up in Meridian, Idaho. My family and I then moved to Minnesota, then Virginia, and ended up in Maryland. My parents are very adventurous and love exploring the US. I love every sport but focused on football, basketball, and wrestling throughout high school. I also enjoy soccer, boxing, lifting weights, fishing, wakeboarding, water skiing, boating, camping, running, reading, driving ATVs, biking, swimming, and watching police shows. I am 19 years old and will be serving my mission in St. George, Utah. I completed a semester at George Mason University, studying Criminal Justice. I want to join the military, obtain a degree, and eventually have a career in law enforcement as an FBI Agent or Forensic Scientist.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of this Church. I was never very active because I didn't understand the gospel. Once I gave it a try, I knew that it was true and I knew that I could never deny that. My personal conversion is the best thing that has ever happened to me. My parents had always set good examples for me to be like Jesus Christ. I continue to follow the Gospel because I know from praying and living the Commandments that it is true. I have experienced living with the Gospel and living without it, and I know from those experiences that I am so much more happy with it. I am committed to following the Commandments and helping others to learn about it, so they can also be happy. I strive to be like Jesus Christ by loving one another and by helping other people in any way I can. I know the Church is true, I know the Book of Mormon is true, and I know that I will be with God and Jesus again if I live the teachings of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping the commandments and serving others. I will always be a missionary. We can have any of our material possessions taken away, but our testimonies can never be taken away from us. I am preparing specifically to be a full time missionary in St. George Utah. I know that living the gospel of Jesus Christ brings me happiness and peace.
