Hi I'm Britney

I'm an Elementary Education Major. I love playing softball! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the Church. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and love to teach children. I love sports, especially softball! I enjoy reading, singing, and being with my family. I love the outdoors and being in nature. My favorite animals are frogs! Some people say I have a frog fetish. My family means the world to me and I would do anything for them.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the Church so I don't have a conversion story, but I do love this true gospel with all of my heart. It has been a constant in my life and it is my rock. I lean on it everyday whether it's to cheer me up or to keep me happy. The Spirit that I feel is too strong to ignore. This gospel just "makes sense." I look around me everyday at all that I have and that surrounds me and know that there was some greater being that put it all together, there is too much for it to be "just a chance" or "something that just happened." I know this is the true gospel and that The Book of Mormon is the keystone of our religion. Without it we would only have pieces of the truth. I know we can recieve personal revelation and communicate with our Heavenly Father. He is literally our Father in Heaven and we are His Children. He wants us to communicate with Him everyday all throughout the day. If you are questioning anything, I challenge you to pray and ask our Heavenly Father and I know he will answer your prayer.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing all I can to be my best self for myself, my family, and my Father in Heaven. I strive to do my best in all I do, and accept my faults and weaknesses. I have high standards and follow them closely. I dress modestly, I don't swear, I don't drink alcohol nor energy drinks, I don't watch rated R movies, and I attend my Church meetings with diligence. I strive to live my life with Heavenly Father in mind and act as though he were here by my side every day. I have had some great callings in the Church that I do my best to fulfill. I enjoy all of my friends and family in my ward and am so grateful for their examples to me.
