Hi I'm Jenni

I'm a missionary in Edmonton, Canada, a quirky, ambitious, and adventurous middle child, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student at a university and interested in absolutely everything. I love making new friends and making people laugh. Music is something that has always been a part of my life, and I play violin, piano, and a little bit of ukulele. An avid board game player, I'm also a little bit of a geek, with a love of Doctor Who, Sherlock, and all things mystery. My camera is almost an extra appendage to me and I hope to someday be able to photograph the everyday lives of people all across the world in all sorts of different cultures. I have 5 siblings and a big, loving, and enthusiastic extended family that I love to spend time with.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church, but on my mission I have come to realize that everyone has to have their own conversion. I am a Mormon because I know it is true, I live it, and I love it. I have seen miraculous changes in myself and others as they come to live the gospel of Jesus Christ- and that opportunity to change is one of the greatest blessings we have in this life.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am serving a full-time mission in Edmonton, Canada, and I couldn't imagine my life without the experiences I have had as a missionary. For 18 months I am lucky enough to get to live in and around Edmonton and spend 100% of my time sharing, teaching, and serving. 18 months seems like a long time, but it goes by way too quick. I have seen many miracles as people I have taught have accepted the gospel of Jesus Christ into their lives, which inspires me to want to share it even more. I live my faith by sharing it with others. It's pretty simple, but I can't even put to words how much I love it and how much joy it brings to my life.
