Hi I'm Daniel Phipps

I'm Daniel Phipps. I am 20 years old. I am on a Mission in Malaga, Spain. I'm an actor, director. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm and actor, director, and I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I knelt down by my bed and prayed more fervently then I ever had before, after following the exhortations of Moroni in chapter 10 verses 4-5 in the Book of Moroni, to plead to know if God was real and if the Book of Mormon was true. I felt a great burning inside; there was a wave of peace, joy, excitement, elation, calm, and happiness that washed over me. I felt the spirit in that moment, and I then realized I realized being member of the LDS church was the best thing I could do with my life. That's why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live it in the way I love others.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Daniel Phipps
Not at all. We will help any one and everyone that needs help or seeks out for us to help them. We love God's children and want them to know how much we love, and He loves, each and everyone. Official Church Answer Much of what is done in the Church is to bless and help those who are not Mormon. The Mormon Church has donated more than $1 billion in cash and material assistance to 167 different countries in need of humanitarian aid since it started keeping track in 1985. Many of these countries have few to no Mormons, but are also non-Christian. More than 53,000 Mormon missionaries serve through the world today. All of their service is to help those who are not Mormon. Joseph Smith himself taught that we are "to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all."
