Hi I'm Kjerstyn Bremer

I grew up in a small town of Kaysville, Utah. I'm studying to be a school teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I currently finished my second year of college. I'm studying to be an elementary school teacher. I am planning on serving a mission this summer. I enjoy playing with, tending, and teaching children, reading, writing, and taking hikes. I am happy to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe with all my heart that this is God's true church on Earth. I gained a strong belief that this church is true in my 9th grade seminary class. My teacher had a picture of the Savior, Jesus Christ, at the Second Coming with His arms open, as if ready to receive us in a hug. After looking at that picture for a bit, I realized that Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father are always ready to "hug us" and forgive us of all of our past mistakes. I realized that God and Christ want us to return to them at some future day. Understanding this is one of the biggest reasons that I'm a Mormon!!! I'm a Mormon and I'm so happy that I am!

How I live my faith

As a young woman, I was part of the presidency for Beehives, Miamaids, and Laurel (each level in the Young Women's Program). Before I left for my first year of college, I taught Sunbeams (4 year olds) for a summer. When I left for college, I became Publicity Committee Co-Chair in my first student ward. During my second year of college, I had two callings: First I was the part of the Compassionate Service Committee (in which we made cookies and visited those in need) and then I was called to be the Visiting Teaching Co-Coordinator (where I assigned people visiting teaching partners and recorded the visiting teaching that had been completed in the ward).
