Hi I'm Joshua Clarine

I grew up in Colorado. I play 8 instruments. I'm an Eagle Scout. I love all sports. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I've always been an active person. I've always been a part of scouting and recently received my Eagle Scout Award. I can play 8 instruments including (From best to worst) the piano, guitar, drums, ukulele, mandolin, violin, trumpet, and recorder. I have played nearly every sport and am currently involved in competitive rugby and hockey. I recieved my mission call to Argentina Resistencia and report to the MTC on September 25th. When I return from my mission I plan on attenting BYU, Provo and playing rugby for them. I have worked at Dairy Queen for over two years. Overall, music, the church, and sports are the largest aspects of my life!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member originally due to my parents. I was born into the gospel and had struggles with my beliefs towards the beginning of my teen years. But now I can honestly say that my parents are not the reason I am in the church. I love our heavenly Father and Christ and what they have both done for me. I know Christ lives and that his Atonement is for anyone at anytime. I can think of no better way to serve my Lord than to put my personal things aside and serve a full time mission. the feelings I get when I'm involved with the church are unlike anything else I ever experience and the love I feel in the church is boundless and I can't wait to bring that feeling to others.

How I live my faith

I live my faith as strongly as I can. I have several different callings. I am the secretary in the Priest quorum, I am the pianist for the priesthood, I teach in the primary with the 10 and 11 year olds, and I hometeach on a regular basis. I do my best to fulfill all of my assignments in all of these different areas and am excited for the new callings I will have in the future and for the endless opportunities I will have to serve in the coming years without the worries of the world.
