Hi I'm Logan

I love being a huge geek, riding a unicycle, reading a good book, building computers, gaming, being with my family, and im a Mormon

About Me

grown up a mormon my whole life. i am the first born of 6, in my family. i loved to play the guitar and piano in junior high school. then i was a polevaulter my high school years. i love to travel to new places, been blessed to visit the countries of sweden, denmark, mexico, and carribean islands. i also love to be at home, watch movies, and tv shows, play video games. i am now 19 and serving a full time mission in the salem, oregon mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Im a Mormon because i know its teachings are true. It sounds simple and thats because it was made to be simple. I love the principles the church teaches especially about families. Being a member of a family of 8 i know what this church can do for families. It brings a love and peace to your home that you wouldnt believe, how 6 kids can all get along and do so well together is something else, a miricle some would say. The Mormon religion really its whole focus is on 2 things; the Savior Jesus Christ, and the family. The reason there is such a big focus on the family is because that was God's greatest gift and commandment, to populate and replenish the earth. That is why our religion stresses so much on marriage being between a man and a woman, to have that family. To be able to bring children into this world. to live with them together forever in the eternities. I myself love my family and cant wait to spend forever with them and my own future family! I love this gospel, and this church, and our Savior Jesus Christ. He truely made all this possible. Without Christ we have nothing, and i wouldnt be able to spend eternitiy with my family, and my own future family. In the end, family really is everything.

How I live my faith

grown up in the church! but that doesnt mean anything to be honest. we all have to have our own conversion and that happens through time. for me, i went to seminary all 4 years of high school, went to mostly every mutual activity, became an eagle scout when i was fourteen, and tried to be the best Mormon i could. I know for a fact that everything we do as Mormons people see, people are always watching. i try and live my life that when i think no one is watching i can be proud of who i am, and what im doing. our choices, actions, decisions, thoughts, and words effect every one. i try and live a life that will best help others come closer to our Savior. My conversion happened a little bit before my mission, right after i graduated from high school. i didnt know what i wanted to do with my life. So i got my Patriarachal blessing hoping it would give me direction, and it did. it told me that i needed to serve a mission, so i immediately changed my lifes route into one that would help me serve a mission. I know that when we give up our will to the Lord, he will bless us. He will bless us in so many ways that we will never be able to comprehend it. Im now a full time missionary serving in the Oregon Salem Mission. I love the people here, and i love serving them in every way i can. I know that I'm doing exactly what the Lord wants me to be doing, helping serve others. i know that as i lose myself, i will actually find myself.
