Hi I'm Koby

I grew up in Mississippi. I am a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hey!!! i come from a small town in Mississippi. i went to a small school where most of my classmates had been my classmates from kindergarten. I graduated with a class of 54 students where I was the only Latter- Day Saint in my class. My younger sister, brother and I were the only three Latter- Day Saints in the entire school. I am currently working full time and attending school full time. I have a BA degree in Speech- Language Pathology and working on a BA degree in Elementary Education. I will also purse two Master's degrees in curriculum and administration. I love to teach and to help in any way that I can!!!

Why I am a Mormon

The true gospel of Jesus Christ is found on this earth. I know this because I have a testimony of the gospel. I know without a doubt that Joseph Smith was a Prophet of God and restore the gospel of Jesus Christ on this earth. I know that we have a true and living Prophet of God on the earth today- Thomas S. Monson. I know that my Savior lives and through His atonement, I may return to His presence. I know that the Bible to be the word of God. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. What a comfort that the scriptures bring when we read with real intent. The Holy Ghost has testified these things to me so that I may know these things to be true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each and every day by being an example of the Lord. I love my Heavenly Father and Savior,Jesus Christ, so very much. I can feel their love for me each time that I read my scriptures and pray to my Heavenly Father. I organize many activities for our young single adult program. I love activities and the friendships that can be formed by going to an activity. Many of the activities that we do are bowling, sporting events, family home evening, and attend our institute of religion class.
