Hi I'm Cameron

I am Jewish. I'm a Dreamer. I'm a wannabe hipster, an audiophile, an adrenaline junkie, and I'm a Mormon Missionary.

About Me

Hello there! My name is Cameron Kramer, and I'm a full-time missionary serving in the England Birmingham area for two years. Before my mission I some of my hobbies were Downhill skateboarding (longboarding really really fast), Snowboarding, Wake-boarding and pretty much any other sport involving a board or an inherit risk of danger associated. In my free time before my mission I really loved to listen to music, DJ Electronic Dance Music, Hangout with the friends, Go to dances and I particularly enjoyed and still enjoy getting high on good clean life. Looking at a rainbow, gazing at a beautiful sunset, you know, the goods. Lets just say I really enjoy life and recommend it be lived to the fullest. I plan on studying music and attending medical school after the mission. And to travel.... LOADS. I love to see and experience different cultures and people because it helps me become more understanding of others. I also have a wicked sense of humour and am practising to be a professional in the department of sarcasm.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints simply because of how it makes me feel! I can honestly say that I have come to the knowledge of where I came from before this mortal life on earth, what my purpose is presently here on earth, and that death is not the end! The joy and contentment it brings is also a bonus. When ever I have been living according to God's commandments in my life to the best of my ability I have felt so much peace. Peace is a word that people seem to throw around with little thought, but if you think about what TRUE peace is, it's a MASSIVE deal! It's amazing to feel what that really is. During my high-school years I was a bit of a rebel to say the least. I wasn't living my life in a way that was productive, positive or useful. I had lost sight of the most important things in life; The importance of family and my relationship with God, my Heavenly Father. The whole time during this span of my life there was still something in my mind telling me that I needed to go on a mission. The thought of serving a mission kept nudging me constantly even though I didn't know if I even believed anything I had taught by my parents or learned in church. But it just really felt like the right thing to do. At that point there were periods where I had not been to church for months at a time. I decided to just give it a go and show up at church just because well, I had nothing to lose at that point and everything to gain. I just really wanted to know if God was even there. Then I showed up to church one Sunday and it was all the sudden completely clear to me. My mind was completely put at rest and I immediately knew what I needed to do. I knew at that point from the feelings I felt in my heart that God was really there, and that he knows and loves me, and wants me to feel the happiness he can give. So from that point I sorted my self and my life out and prepared to go on a mission. And here I am. It has been great :D

How I live my faith

Right now I am living my faith by helping share the true and lasting joy that I have felt in my own life as a missionary; inviting others to live according to the gospel of Jesus Christ and create their own personal relationship with God and Jesus Christ. It is truly the most rewarding thing I have done in my life and has been life changing for myself to say the least.
